The Gardening Club was formed in 1979 and meets in Church House at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month from September to December and then from February to April. Annual Membership - £6.00 Visitors - £1.50 per meeting. |
In addition during May, June and July, the Club organises at least one day trip to a place of horticultural interest and at least one evening visit a month to local gardens.
The Club holds its' own Plant and Cake Sale in the Spring and also provides plants for stalls at numerous village fetes.
The Club has an Annual Show on the last Saturday in August each year. The Show is open to Gardening Club Members and the villagers of Adderbury, Twyford and Milton. The Schedules are usually available April/May for both adults and juniors and are obtainable from The Library, Taste Buds and the Club Secretary.
