In order for Neighbourhood Watch to assist police further, we are informing you of a local resident with Anti Social Behaviour Orders. If you have any information of anyone person in breach of their conditions, please notify the police on 08458 505 505.

Banbury Magistrates, today (14/9/07) issued an Anti Social Behaviour Order on Andrew James FOX of 19 Kemps Road, Twyford Adderbury, Banbury to run for 2 years, after he had threatened and abused several residents of Kemps Road Adderbury over the past 3 years. A great many incidents had been reported to Police and Cherwell District Council, alleging anti social behaviour by Mr FOX including initiating heated arguments, in which he threatened harm to those involved and their properties. The ASBO prohibits Mr FOX from entering any private land or property on Kemps Road Adderbury other than his own without express permission of the owner/lawful tenant of the property, and also from using threatening, intimidating, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards any other person. The ASBO also prohibits Mr FOX from going within 10 yards of the George and Dragon Public House in East Street, Fritwell, Bicester, after he admitted to threatening the landlord of the premises thereby causing him harassment alarm or distress over a 2 year period. Mr FOX is permitted to walk along East Street.

PC PAXTON, the Anti Social Behaviour Coordinator for the Cherwell LPA said, 'This is another example of firm action taken by Thames Valley Police in partnership with Cherwell District Council, in response to appeals for help by residents who had suffered bullying and intimidation at the hands of Mr FOX. It has regrettably often been the case that people suffer intimidation, and as a result feel afraid to report the matter to the Authorities. This case demonstrates that if people are prepared to report such behaviour, then Thames Valley Police together with Cherwell District Council will strive to tackle the perpetrators and bring them to justice
If you have any information about the above message that is of an urgent nature please contact our police enquiry centre on 0845 8 505 505 and state you are responding to this Ringmaster message.
