Welcome to The Faith Zone and no, it’s not just about the times of church services!
Adderbury has a long faith tradition. The parish church is thought to have its origins in pre-Conquest times and continues to play an important part in village life. In the 1600s the non-conformists came to the fore with strong local followings of Quakers, Presbyterians and Anabaptists.
Today, three Christian denominations (Anglican, Catholic and Methodist) have places of worship in the village while the Quakers still maintain a Friends Meeting House. A Buddhist community also holds regular meetings and study groups.
Whether you’re a person of a particular faith, or of none, please take time to browse this section of our website. And YES! it does include times of church services!!!
